Please note that from 1st March 2007, new terms and conditions will apply for .uk domain names.

Nominet have introduced new registrar and good practice agreements and as a reseller of Easyspace, a Nominet registrar, you are also bound by these terms.

The changes include the following:

  • A term stating that unless specific permission is given, the domain name will only be registered in the name of the customer

    • This means that any .uk domain you register for your clients MUST be in their name and not the name of the reseller.

    Please note that for Silver, Gold and Platinum price plans, the exchange rate will shortly be adjusted for USD pricing.

    The exchange rate has been capped for some months now by Easynic, but due to currency rates increasing, we will be increasing the exchange rate used to 1.96 in line with the latest rates advertised at www.xe.com.

    This change will be effective from 1st February, 2007.
