Easynic are aware that some customers are experiencing difficulties with domain-related operations in the Easynic Control Panel this afternoon.

This is due to our registry services provider, Tucows being down.  They are working on this issue and a further update will be given shortly.

We apologise for this inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

The .ORG Production Registry System is scheduled for maintenance on 12 May 2007 between the hours of 15:00 and 19:00 UTC.

During this period, the WHOIS service, will be unavailable.

Registering and manipulating domain and other registry objects will not be possible. Domains will continue to resolve normally.

Tucows, our registration system infrastructure provider, will be moving to a new data centre on Sunday 22nd April.

Time: 02:00 UTC - 11:00 UTC

During this time, registering, renewal, transfer, deletion and management of domain names will see a 3 hour outage followed by up to 6 hours of degraded performance.

The NeuLevel and NeuStar Registries will be performing routine maintenance on all of the production environments on Saturday April 21, 2007 starting at 12:00 UTC (8:00 EDT) and ending at 20:00 UTC (16:00 EDT).

During this time, registrations, renewals and modifications of the following domains will be unavailable:

 .US

 .CN

 .Travel

Please be aware that the domain availability checker in our shop and within the Easynic control panel is currently intermittently reporting incorrect results on domain status.

This is being worked on by our registration system provider Tucows and we hope to have a resolution very soon.
